Our particular style is a mixture of Karate, oriental kicking and punching, and western boxing. It combines self-defence, aerobic workout, flexibility, coordination & speed.

As well as being the best kickboxing club in London, Karmaa also offers Martial Arts for Kids ..teaching them courtesy, respect, discipline and life skills.
